At Aervak, we strive to provide high-quality Backpacks and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at aervaktravelpack@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions, including the return address.

Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel an order.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at aervaktravelpack@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
